One-stop shops, a notable contribution to the improvement of business relation
It has been diagnosed that the following hinder the accomplishment of land transaction: setter
of relevant services, ignorance of procedures, forwarding of incomplete files usually rejected, involvement of persons with neither right nor quality in the procedures, administrative slowness and bottlenecks.
In view if solving these problems, the Minister of State Property and Land Tenure issued Order N° 0109/MINDAF/ S030 of 8th April 2010 relating to the creation and functioning of One-Stop Shops and Instruction N° 01/ MINDAF/S030 of 8th April 2010to make land transactions easier for commercial enterprises.
The One-Stop Shop may therefore be defined as a counter or an office specially fitted to collect application files from enterprises and inform them of the outcome of their files. In addition to Douala and Yaoundé, One-Stop Shops which are already operational, it is envisaged that others shall be gradually set up in divisional head quarters.
