Minister's word

The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has initiated major reforms to ease State land, land registration and land tenure transactions on behalf of economic operators. This explains why amongst other measures, land transaction one stop shops were set up and are already functional in 21 of the 58 Divisional Delegations of MINDCAF.

As a backup measure to this new structure, procedures manual and guide on land transactions were drafted. These tools aim to disseminate land tenure and State land instruments and to keep users abreast with such transactions’ costs and timeframes.

In a bid to intensify this dissemination and large scale awareness campaign of all stakeholders concerned, the creation of a web site was necessary.

In this wise, the communication and image development consultancy (MINDEE), through the Cameroon Business Forum (CBF) and the Support Programme for the Modernization of the Land Registration System and Business Climate (PAMOCCA) were chosen for the conception and technical maintenance of Land transactions’ one stop shops – GUTF, whose implementation ties with Government’s exigencies and tallies with recommendations of the fourth CBF session.

This website is intended to be an interactive tool to serve as an online forum where remarks, reactions and operators’ demands can be met, for a better and effective intervention of officials responsible for files processing, and to quickly meet up with their expectations through the use of digital tools which make way for easy dissemination and large scale consultation.

I congratulate our technical and financial partners for their unflinching support, and call on economic operators and all users to make good use of this website for a better access to land rights.
